Refund Process

After you have returned your item, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your method of payment.

Debit card or credit card refunds will appear on the card’s next statement.
eGift card or gift card refunds will go back to the original eGift card or gift card.
If you paid by check, a refund will be processed after 7 days.
Exchanges that do not have the tags attached can only be exchanged for the current selling price or the returned item.

Refund Timeframe

If your refund has not posted in 3-5 business days, we can provide you with a reference number to give to your payment processor to expedite your refund. Please click here and provide the necessary information below so we can research your refund.
