Refund Process

After you have returned your item, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your method of payment.
  • Debit card or credit card refunds will appear on the card’s next statement.
  • eGift card or gift card refunds will go back to the original eGift card or gift card.
  • If you paid by check, a refund will be processed after 7 days.
  • Exchanges that do not have the tags attached can only be exchanged for the current selling price or the returned item.

Refund Timeframe

If your refund has not posted in 3-5 business days, we can provide you with a reference number to give to your payment processor to expedite your refund. Please click here and provide the necessary information below so we can research your refund.

  • Full Name, Telephone Number and Mailing Address (required)
  • Email (required)
  • Return Date (month/date/year)
  • Store Return Location, City/State or Store # (Store # located on the top right hand corner of your receipt)
  • 4 digit Trans # (Located on the top right hand corner of your receipt) Total Return refund Amount
  • Last Four Digits of Credit or Debit Card used for return refund
